It has been going pretty well, but yesterday I had a bad day- eating stuff I know I shouldn't eat, skipping the gym, staying up too late- and I'm kicking myself for it now. I guess all I can do is be better today, be extra disciplined with my nutrition and work extra hard at the gym tonight

Hey man,I know the fast pace of our schedules can create bumps on the road to our fitness goals. Just stay with it. We all have gone through those and have succeeded. So will you if you stay with and hit it hard as often as you can. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day and your body will respond if you stay consistent. See you at the top, buddy!

Thanks! I weight myself everyday and I when the sale is going up 1-2 pounds from one day to the next, I just know that it's water (Also, it goes with my cycle - hormones). How are you? How is your training?
