When I Started:
Aug, 2006
How I Started:
About 2 years ago I decided to get of my butt and do something about the fat that was quickly found a home with me. I began dieting and working out everyday. About 3-4 months later I dropped 40 lbs. every since then I have tried several different workouts. Every time discovering what is best for me. August 2006 I decided to train for the US Forces Europe Bodybuilding Championship held in Darmstadt, Germany. The training and dieting is like no other but I liked the results. I'm no longer active duty and now reside in Tennessee
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding tests not only your physical abilities but also lets you know how mentally tough you are. Cutting carbs and walking by the sweet smell of a hot slice of pizza really tests your desire to stay fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I use my past as motivation. I take a peak at old pictures when my bodyfat was at it's peaks. I never want to look like that again. I love working out and I believe I have developed good habits that will increase my life span.
BB Accomplishments:
4th Place US Forces Europe Bodybuilding Championships

The muscle seperation you show in your quads, and the definition in your abs is good. those are my weakest parts. i would like to get some of your views on how to improve those area's for me.
