How I Started:
I got started a couple years ago and was making great progress, but unfortunately a hernia injury halted my progress for a while, now after a year and half of rest I am getting back into it slowly.
Why I Love It:
It relives stress that occurs in daily life, gf's, work, schools and so on. I love seeing my body change over the months and seeing where I can take it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding.com of course, reading the articles & transformation pictures always keep my hopes up.
