Not sure, really. My Tris are picky as hell and I need to change the outine often to keep them interested. Right now -
1.) Machine Single Hand Extensions Warm Up - 3 sets
2.) Dumbbell Overhead Extensions - 4 sets
3.) Close Grip Bench Press - 4 sets
4.) Machine Two-Grip Extensions - 4 sets

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
My current regimen seems to be working fairly well.
