My current regimen seems to be working fairly well.
1.) Machine Curl Warm Up - 3 sets
2.) Hammer Machine curls - 4 sets
3.) Dumbbell Preacher curls - 5 sets
4.) EZ-Curl Preacher Curls - 4 sets
