What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
I don't take supps. I try to get all the vitamins and nutrients from food.

Why I like this video: When I arrived for this deployment 4 months ago I had a goal of breaking 400lbs on the deadlift. When I got here my 1RM was 335. Today I got 405 and then 415...This video is of the 415 lift.

Thanks :) I've been really good...almost done loosing weight and being on this terrible diet :) I just read your blog about the Chuck Taylor's...not sure how you ever wore those doing double-unders LOL But I can't wear any other kind of shirt to workout in besides a white or black tank top...makes me feel all insecure or something LOL

Omg, cupcakes?! I love those even more than ice cream with baking size candy bars in it LOL I think I'm pretty close weight-wise, but I need more muscle in that area. I don't know exactly what they are :) I just don't want those ones that are all skinny-looking LOL

Haha :) Well I have my very own washer and dryer now too LOL My workouts are going great...I'm so not missing all of that running. Oh and I haven't eaten any baking size candy bars for a long time either LOL How's your training going?

That's good :) Everything's going pretty well for me...I think my workouts are pretty much the highlight LOL I weighed less this morning than I have in the past 4 months, so I'm pretty excited :) Oh, I see that you lost some of the uniform tan :) LOL
