Nothing better to do in the desert! Either go crazy or get YOKED! ... wanted a better physique to show off when I go surfing in PR.
Why I Love It:
I love the sense of accomplishment from new gains in strength. I like the "looks" of course, and just knowing that I'm doing something that most of the world is scared or doesnt have the commitment to do!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reaching new personal heights!
BB Accomplishments:
There was a bench press competition on the base I'm at - open to Army and civilians, I placed fourth in the 0-169 category - hitting 270! I've been lifting for just under a year, so this was a major accomplishment to not just "hang in there" with the troops - but to beat some of them too!

Damn! Damn! Damn! Sorry to hear that your not coming back man but keep in touch, and I already know you gonna hit the gym so (need not say). But hold it down dawg...
hey good morning ..Eddie thank you ..lol...yes i finally did ..lol..n no i'm not ingoring you .how are you where have you been ? where did email me from ..? hope your feeling great ! =]
Sir, I believe that your current "bodybuilding accomplishments" are slightly out of date. With all do respect, 270lbs is not necessarily a bad or shameful bench statistic, however your performance several nights prior to this eve displays a much more "accomplished" bodybuilding achievment. I would like to suggest that you proudly announce your 290lb lift with honor, dignity, and conceit!
Thanks Eddie. How's training coming along? I got home from the gym about an hour ago and I am pumped! lol! I had a very good workout! I leg press 400lbs. I couldn't believed myself either...I never even thought of, Well. Hope all is well. Hugs*
