Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Gain muscle, gain muscle and gain more muscle!!!
Goal (Long): Currently looking to shed body fat and gain muscle....isn't that what everyone looks to do around here??? I was heavy all my life....shopped in the "husky" section as a kid....big and tall as an adult....did too many drugs and drank too much alcohol and I got tired of it all and now I'm hooked. Weighed 287 at my heaviest in February 2000, roller coastered for a few years and hit my groove April 2005. When I'm doing a routine, I'm already planning my next one several weeks in advance. I love to lift!!!
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 1 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%
