I was heavy all my life....shopped in the "husky" section as a kid....big and tall as an adult....did too many drugs and drank too much alcohol and I got tired of it all and now I'm hooked. Weighed 287 at my heaviest in February 2000, roller coastered for a few years and hit my groove April 2005.
When I'm doing a routine, I'm already planning my next one several weeks in advance. I love to lift!!!
