How I Started:
Have worked out religiously for years but simply to stay in shape. Have recently decided would like to see more physical gains.
Why I Love It:
Increased strength, overall stamina, sense of well being.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting goals and keeping to them. Being able to skip a day or 2 and return, without issue, I guess is beacause of a good routine. Setting workout dates with friends is a good way to keep going and stick with it.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained over 50 lbs and am starting to have good strenth, stamina, physique and even a some positive looks from others.

Goal (Long):
Ultimate goal is building muscle, strength and improving looks. Following my body development goal and reaching 190 lbs. Maintaining and concentrating on fitness, endurance and health.
First off I have seen a great deal of misconceptions about cholesterol on here. I want to contribute and hope I set some questions and statements straight.
Both plants and animals have 'sterols' though cholesterol is only derived from animal products - meat, eggs and milk.

I just got back from a great night time run. I'm slowly training for the L.A. Marathon 2010. I still need to take some weight off and boy it's a slow process but running is my therapy!
Haha...well thanks. I feel like I'm in hyperdrive most of the time...yes, it is hard balancing work and gym. Work sure interferes with life doesn't it? lol
