I was in a car accident in 1996, and didn't recieve any physical therapy. So, I decided to start some weight training at a local Ymca and got really involved with bodybuilding.Soon after I joined powerhouse gym in methuen,ma. There I met Gerry Blais a man who inspired me too achieve the goals I have met today.
Why I Love It:
I love being healthy and 100% natural. I feel good and I want to live a long successful life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by maintaining my shape year round so I can start fitness modeling. That is my main goal.
BB Accomplishments:
I have done a body building comp. in Newburyport,Ma.(Yankee Classic) where I placed 1st in novice men, 1st in junior men and best poser. I also have a porfolio being put together for my fitness modeling interests.

Hey buddy, what in the world do you do for your triceps? Mine look like pretty pathetic; especially the outer or lateral head. Any particular exercises you do to hit those bad dogs and get them lookin like you work out?
