How I Started:
I got started many years ago in grade school. I had a few set backs throughout the years from sport injury's.. but I will never stop working out. I want to be the strongest man alive!
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good. GREAT stress reliever. I love seeing results.
pain is weakness leaving the body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing Strong-Man and Powerlifting Competitions. Makes me want to be just like them. Too stride for more and never give up.

1st Place - 275lb Raw Mens Junior Division at IPA's 10th Annual PowerPalooza.
