just remember that in arm wrestling, there is a proper way to win (form) and also to lose....youll learn this from time and when you do it will mmake you a better puller
just remember for is everything..strict movements..arm wrestling is more associated with tendon strength not muscle strength..so that in mind, tendons take longer to strengthen..staticc moves partial curls are all benificial to the sport...concentrate on your hand and wrist as they are considered a muscle group also...google hand and wrist exercises and you should find tonnes of stuff...
hey man..thanks for the interest...i have incorporated many different exercises into my training regime to try and maximize my arm wrestling...even though the strength i gain at the gym is closley related to my performance at the table, actual arm wrestling is the best exercise....you cannot mimic the muscles, tendons stabilizers that pulling does...find a real arm wrestling club in your area and just pull....good luck man!
the vid you posted isn't benching 1000lbs but 340kg = 749lbs. Not 1000lbs but still very impressive. Your having good progress at your age too(im 16 aswell). Good luck in Training!
