How I Started:
A rep from gold's came by my work. I was in pretty good shape. I got a new position that was a desk job so I wanted to workout to keep in shape.
Why I Love It:
Its a great stress reliever.
I love the way I feel after working out. Ok I will admit it, I like the way I look :) .
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now I am in such a groove that I really don't need to be motivated. If I do not go to the gym for a few days I feel like crap.
I am not getting any younger and am in the best shape of my life. I want to keep it that way!

Great wo this month. I see you are doing high reps this phase. Check out my journal in th ov35 workout forum. My intensity on 30 second full body wo 3 times a week was crazy hard. Then went to 2 minute rest in a 2 day split every other day. Strenght went up a level overall. I added dead lift to my routin and free weight squats with no belt. My PR's getting beat quite often :)
