VillainChien Yeah, man. You're one of the main reasons I chose to do DTP, too. It IS rough, but it's because it's HIIT training. And honestly, this Intermittent Fasting just doesn't go with it. I'm going to more closely follow what Gethin suggests on diet. I need the carbs at night for the morning workout. So what's next for you after DTP? ViCh Nov 28, 2012 12:39am

VillainChien Hey, man. If you're doing Gethin's DTP then I'm sold. ;-) Your physique is one of the muscle incredible ones I've seen on this site. VillainChien The fasting causes your body to burn fat, and then the time when you eat allows you to more efficiently feed the muscles. You're not limiting calories per se. And see, I work out in the morning. So I'm buring tons of fat after a long fast. Problem is, I just have no energy at all right now in the morning. Could be due to stress at work as well, though. Look up Intermittant Fasting on line, though. I think there are articles on BB.com ViCh Nov 9, 2012 11:29am

VillainChien Ha ha ha. I don't eat much junk food ever. 95% of anything I eat, I cooked myself. But I have just gotten back from vacation so my stomach is CHUNKY. But anyway, look at my last progress pics. I'm fatter than even in those pictures. I've upped my cardio now, but see it's not fasting. IM means you eat all of your meals within an 8-hour period, that's all. ViCh Nov 9, 2012 9:59am
