DAY 3 - BACK, BI, ABS, LEGS - ISOLATION
DAY 4 - CHEST, TRI, ABS, LEGS - ISOLATION
DAYS 5-7 - REST
Although I stick to the same idea I vary exercises each day. Generally I focus on heavy power movements on the first 2 workouts and isolation movement on the latter. I keep my reps in the 8-12 range and have completely cut out cardio as I am a hard gainer and the heavy weights alone are more than enough cardio for my bodytype.
