Fit Status:  Cutting down the calories to 2500. Increasing the protein to 200g. Cutting out junk food and beer. Time to cut the body fat.

It seems like you have a body that was just like mine when you were starting out...you look like you gained some serious muscle over a year or so! Congrats man. I was just wondering if you could give me a few pointers and tell me how much you eat a day and how often you workout and what workouts are getting you these results?

Sup how things going? I see you lost some weight. Funny, I am on weight gainer and actually my muscles seem to be getting somewhat bigger, but not really huge, but getting harder, did you notice that at first? Is it hardness before size?

ITs not as hard as it looks , you need to keep chaning up your back exercises so you hit all thos different muscles in our back.

When I started out, at 215lbs, I had a buddy that was also quite a bit over weight. But I kept with it and he didn't. And had a couple others in there. None right now though.
