How I Started:
at first i was afraid of starting because i wasnt into lifting weights. last year my friend forced me to take weight training, and so i started to feel the pump that everyone else felt during the workout. i had NO knowledge at all. i did bench press every damn day and it sucked. i thought i was getting stronger when i really wasnt. it did help me get stronger but not bigger. i ate like crap and ran every day after school was over. then i took it again this year, but did the same thing until i got more knowledge which was around January of 2009. i started to make a workout that was right and dieted pretty well. it was amazing because i have been experiencing new changes in my body from like a couple months ago to now. nothing big but nothing bad at all. i went from 135lb to now 155lb standing at 5'10. and thats mainly how i got started into bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
I love that you can lift these weights and get a great feeling at the end of it all. it gets rid of my stress and keeps me happy to lift.
How I Stay Motivated:
i look at videos and pictures i had last year and i see i was all skin and boned and i say "and i thought i was strong??"
my friends motivate me by grabbing my arms for no reason and saying funny comments like give me those biceps and that just keeps me pushing those weights.

I want to be big and lean mainly. I am trying to put on 20 pounds of muscle or more without adding bad fat to me. i want to look somewhere like sylvester was in 1982 like rambo or rocky.
