Been small my entire life and saw my friends get results from weight training so I joined my friends and loved it.
Why I Love It:
The great feeling of power during pumps and the look on peoples faces when a smaller guy can out lift them.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friends and seeing the way people stare at huge guys just makes me train harder to be as big as them.

-Gaining 30 pounds in less than a year -Leg Pressing 720 lbs -Increasing vertical leap 5 inches in a month

Yeah I did but I'm starting to get fat....I have not posted any new pictures cause I don't like the way I look. I'm going to finished this cycle and get to 180 maybe and then cut. But yeah I had to kick the cals up to 5000 to over come that plateau

I try to stay around 3000 to 3500 calories a day. Most of the Calories come from mixed nuts it sounds wired but they are really high in the calorie department. I think for bulking what seems to work for me is 50% complex carbs, 30% protein, and 20% good fats. Again most of the fat is in the mixed nuts.

Hey what's up man seems like you been putting on some weight, nice job. Every time my body stops growing I have to do something to shock it and then it will start growing again! I play around with adding more complex carbs or taking some away and replacing it with more protein. Alright man just wanted to stop by and see how you're doing. Keep up the good work man, ttyl
