But I do also believe that the human body is capable of taking much more physical stress than people think. HeatherOT I have come to the conclusion if I stuffed my panties to make the 5th extremity THAT would be an acceptable pic to post, If I post my MALE Glutes THAT is acceptable to post, If I post a pic of me NOT wearing a bra but having my headlights be on High beams THAT's an acceptable pic, or if I post a camel toe pic THAT's acceptable! cjodan Thanks! I do know a little bit about nutrition and eating 6 meals every 3 hours to maintain insulin levels, but i am ignorant with regard to strength training......a long term goal is to become a personal trainer :-) years away from that! Feb 9, 2013 1:07am
