Totally changed my eating habits and started doing some cardio and bodyweight exercises at home. Bought some dumbbells and added that into my routine. Lost quite a bit of the belly and got some basic muscle tone.

Not a whole lot of progress in terms of body definition at the end of the next year. I definitely started to plateau and didn't know how to get out of it, so I finally joined a gym one month later.
