I grew up pretty athletic, and when I saw myself get to the point where I developed a gut and had no muscularity, I decided to change my lifestyle.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Left shoulder while trying to do too much weight with flat bench Dumbbell Presses. It kept me out about 3 weeks. I just gave it some light exercise, but mostly rest.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Improper form, often with too much weight.
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Any exercise where it is most tempting to use improper form.
