What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Left shoulder while trying to do too much weight with flat bench Dumbbell Presses. It kept me out about 3 weeks. I just gave it some light exercise, but mostly rest.

I know so many people who are overweight and struggling to lose some. They would beat me senseless if I whined to them about how rapidly I can lose pounds when I don't want to.
