How I Started: I grew up pretty athletic, and when I saw myself get to the point where I developed a gut and had no muscle tone, I decided to change my lifestyle.

This is the photo that started it all. I couldn't believe that after growing up reasonably athletic, I developed a gut and had no muscle tone whatsoever.  180 Pounds

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Left shoulder while trying to do too much weight with flat bench Dumbbell Presses. It kept me out about 3 weeks. I just gave it some light exercise, but mostly rest.

I'm to the point now where I don't even feel like eating when I'm hungry. Weird. Just tired of eating. Can't stop though ... must ... eat!
