I've Always been a chubby kid, and ever since last year I got tired of being overweight and decided to try lifting and working out. Needless to say, I've lost a good 40lbs and gained great muscle in my opinion.
Why I Love It:
The gains and complements I receive from both friends and what I see myself. I've always wanted a ripped body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music and the satisfaction that I will no longer be known as the weak kid.

haha yea im pretty fat here. This is when I was just beginning.
lol - the hair is gone now aswell. Im a hairy ****.
I want to lose fat, but at the same time gain muscle. I remember in grade 8, I use to be a gigantic 180lbs. I couldnt go swimming or to a beach without being embarassed. I began exercising and eat right a year later, and have shrank 30lbs since. I just joined a gym 4months ago and have seen amazing results. Its really the motivation to get muscular and huge is what gets me. What can I say Im a Gym Addict.
so yea, been doing my regular workouts, been seeing great results. Im putting cardio now after my workouts, been helping me get CUT! i'll keep ya'll updated. Peace
lol,,thanks man,,,the breakdancing thing is kind of a private joke with someone else on here,,although I use to be pretty good when I was younger, and yes,much skinnier,,training is going pretty good now I suppose,,,how about you?

just the JW. dunno if the results are really what i expected yet. between that and the poor rep of alri, i dont know if ill put my money towards the company again.
i dont really focus on shoulders, just alot of upper-body compound exercises. only isolation shoulder exercise i ever did was tons of bent over laterals for rear delts. tons of them.
Good to hear bro, tats didn't really affect my training at all..but then again, it all depends where you get it done, you may want to take a couple days off. I think you'll be fine though. I do a fast run every other day for about 10-15 mins, that's basically my cardio..I also hit the abs 5 days a week for 45 mins..so that helps keep my core tight.
u should use the xpand energized its pretty good.... animal m stack is ok more hype than any thing the energy is just caffine and the other stuff in it is a lil under dosed but it work ok

i honestly dont have any work outs that i follow just work the muscle till i cant go any more normally a few hrs .. 2 times a day.. at school the teacher makes up all our work out though
