How I Started:
I've Always been a chubby kid, and ever since last year I got tired of being overweight and decided to try lifting and working out. Needless to say, I've lost a good 40lbs and gained great muscle in my opinion.
Why I Love It:
The gains and complements I receive from both friends and what I see myself. I've always wanted a ripped body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music and the satisfaction that I will no longer be known as the weak kid.

In the beginning, my goal was mainly to lose fat. After losing almost 40lbs of pure fat and gaining a vast amount of muscle, my goal now is clearly to get bigger and stronger. I always wanted to be like everyone else: skinny. All of my friends always had a fast metabolism, but not me. They could eat whatever they wanted and not gain a pound. So rougly about 2years ago I began dieting and doing cardio like crazy, progressively my figure came in, and I went from 183lbs to 145lbs. From there on me and a good friend joined our first gym. This wasn't a fancy gym, this was a NO NONSENSE gym run by a retired powerlifter. There we trained almost 7days a week, and countless reps and sets later, ive gained just about 35lbs of lean muscle in 1.5years. Now my goal is solely to get HUGE AND MEAN. Hopefully within the upcoming years I can enter a bbing competition.
so yea, been doing my regular workouts, been seeing great results. Im putting cardio now after my workouts, been helping me get CUT! i'll keep ya'll updated. Peace
I didn't count calories at all during my cycle. I just eat constantly through out the day. My main source of protein is chicken. I don't use any protein shakes. I didn't get any taurine although I wish I would have.
actually I am glad the cycle is coming to an end. I havent' been able to due deadlifts which is my second favorite exercise due to the back pumps. My joints are dried up like a hooker with no lube. Also my nuts have shruken up like when I was 12 again lol. The strength and endurance was amazing. I am up 14 lb which is also amazing with 5.9% body fat

I just added new progress pics and thread.pics are after 1 month of moderate training with 80% success with diet and routines my posture is off because my legs are rehabbing. posture will come in time No supplements yet .looking for help on that
I really have poor body image I know that outside opinion will help me see both what is good about my physique and what isnt
