Background

When I Started: Mar 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I've Always been a chubby kid, and ever since last year I got tired of being overweight and decided to try lifting and working out. Needless to say, I've lost a good 40lbs and gained great muscle in my opinion.

WHY I LOVE IT:

The gains and complements I receive from both friends and what I see myself. I've always wanted a ripped body.

so yea, been doing my regular workouts, been seeing great results. Im putting cardio now after my workouts, been helping me get CUT! i'll keep ya'll updated. Peace

Got my bench upp

Back into BB for about 2 weeks since exams ended. I've got my bench back up to the norm + 30lbs. Cellucor m5 is the shiiiit. Amazing pumps 24/7.

Anyways, like i said in my previous blog, school's out. So today, me and my buddy decided to hit up our gym. Keep in mind, i've been staying away from the gym for about 1.5weeks because of exams; although I still was able to run every morning. Needless to say, my bench dropped a total of 20lbs. This keeps a lot of space in for getting back up on that goal. I'll keep you posted.

BrandonTBlock hey sorry for not getting back to you sooner!! you asked how the bsn nitrix worked, well i liked it but i would go with the big bottle since your taking 3 pills 3 times a day and they go quick. it keeps you feeling AMAZING through the day, pumped, tense (in a good way) and vascular, helps get that ripped feeling just be sure to have water Feb 28, 2011 7:17pm

TwistedFate I didn't count calories at all during my cycle. I just eat constantly through out the day. My main source of protein is chicken. I don't use any protein shakes. I didn't get any taurine although I wish I would have. Oct 26, 2008 8:40am

TwistedFate actually I am glad the cycle is coming to an end. I havent' been able to due deadlifts which is my second favorite exercise due to the back pumps. My joints are dried up like a hooker with no lube. Also my nuts have shruken up like when I was 12 again lol. The strength and endurance was amazing. I am up 14 lb which is also amazing with 5.9% body fat Oct 24, 2008 6:54pm
