Oh man...I know! Been there... practice makes perfect. I did the pull ups too...I did 8, but only 3 by myself then a spotter helped me. I'm keeping at it.

Chin ups are actually much easier for me.. The wide grip is SO hard... I've been doing them on the negative and I think I'm getting stronger. I'll keep at it!

Lots o' walking lunges... I do them around an indoor track w/ 15 pd dbells... 1 lap is 120 steps I do 3 laps w/ a rest in between. That and a very heavy leg press... I'm really going to try this... I think I can do maybe 5-7 chin ups... but pull ups are more like 3-4. I'm 5 10" and have long arms... so hard to get anything to grow.

OMG... your shoulders and lats! Is that what I have to do to add some mass... pull ups and chin up? If so, I'm starting tomorrow! Thanks for your comment!

You have made great progress!! Keep up the hard work. The lower belly is your nutrition!! I know that it sucks but you are doing great and it will come off!! Keep pushing hard!

lol....150s are easy.....i can do 4 or 5 sets of 10 now lol...well you saw, no one around here has bigger dumbbells :( :(

lol well on unilateral exercises like that i've always doubled the weight.....150 for each side ya know....so it's really only 150 pound dumbbell lol

I plateued, it was hard I trained my tail off and stepped up the cardio and I finally broke through it. Cytolean is a great fat burner.
