I've been weight lifting for years... I only just began bodybuilding less than a year ago! MUCH better reaction from my girl!!!
Why I Love It:
I'm addicted to the pump. I love the feeling you get... the head-rush you get...from that REALLY heavy set!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror everyday.... keeping in mind how hard it was to get as far as I have. I also keep my "FAT" picture in the kitchen to remind me what too many trips to that room can cause!
BB Accomplishments:
Honestly None...losing 70 pounds in 7 months without starving? Seeing a drastic improvement in my physique has been cool. Finally realizing that I've been doing it all wrong for way too many years!
Simple...lose seventy pounds...get to less than 12% body fat... finish off with a more muscular and lean physique!
Goal (Long):
At 320, I shook the earth when I walked. I've lost my 60 pounds, now it's time to get rid of that unsightly body fat. Don't care how much I weigh as long as my body fat is 12% or below!!!
I started back to cutting with a diet only day...a.k.a. a day off (Yesterday). It was not fun after getting used to eating when and (mostly) what I wanted when I was adding weight!
Today, Cardio in the morning, 2.5 mile run. Afternoon, working chest in the Gym. Run went great, I'll let you...
Monday: Chest, Tri, Abs
Tuesday: Cardio (usually a 2 1/2- 3 mile run)
Wednesday: Back, Bi, Abs
Thurs: Cardio (Run, Bike)
Thursday: Shoulders, Abs
Friday: Arms (Biceps, Triceps, Forearms)
Saturday: Legs (Easy day, lucky for me God gave me big legs already... blessing and a...
