Since I was a child, I have been a thin, weak guy so I have been working out for a few months and I can tell that it's paying off. I can see myself improving, I mean I'm not as bigger as I would like to be but I'm working on it.

I started a month ago following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home!
