How I Started: Started working out when I turned 40!! I have always been very athletic and active, but started to lose some of my strength and speed.
Why I Love It: I like pushing myself and testing my limits.

Performed twice a week...

Begin each session of this workout with calisthenics and core moves. Then do the exercises specified for each superset moving back and forth without rest. Do each superset three times, resting 2 minutes between supersets.
