Begin each session of this workout with calisthenics and core moves. Then do the exercises specified for each superset moving back and forth without rest. Do each superset three times, resting 2 minutes between supersets.
what's up peter. just stopping by to see how things are going? also wondering if you have any new goals for you body appearance-wise? build some muscle or lean down more? Or, just doing your all-around health thing mainly?
