hey, i see you run track me as well, i think we might need to get you to quit cross country if you want to do sprint events in track seriously. I have never done distance and if you look at professional sprinters they are ripped while cross country guys are twigs and deterioate their bodys constantly. if you want any tips of stuff just contact me. I came 5th in the State Independent Championship for 110 hurdles. I am the captain of my team and I run 110s and the 300 hurldes. Ethan

hey thanks for the comment on my picture. Yes im not trying to bulk up as much but rather tone and lean down to compete for track. Larger arms and more defined abs would be nice but I took this on as a nice "active rest" period for the off season. by the way i just got back from Hilton Head, SC its great down there.
