How I Started:
High School football initially got me going. Turns out I liked training more than playing the sport!
Why I Love It:
Nothing compares to the feeling you get right after achieving a new PR on a lift. It's also great for breaking up the monotony/stress of a regular work day. Oh, and a good pump from time to time helps too.
How I Stay Motivated:
Talking to others about lifting, new records, new programs/methods helps keep me motivated.
