How I Started:
I watched my wife take some cardio classes. I started taekwondo with my kids. Started liking the getting fit classes with my wife,then we ran together doing 5k's and 10k's. So I got a personel trainer, learned alot, then i got a new one and I am still doing it. I am addicted.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel and look. I like lifting weights and seeing gains.
How I Stay Motivated:
WEll from the results, and of course my trainer motivates whY I have one......so that helps and lately running keeps me focused.

Still on a beginning path........but hope to have some soon....

Man I know my trainer helped with this one..doing deadlifts, over a period of time Has ended up killing my back.I have had to see a chiropractor twice so far..I am still lifting but of course not deadlifts..
So when i bend over to do anything it hurts bad...its sucks. Has anyone else had...
do it for them, your family. before you know it you will be working out with your kids, I am and it is soo awesome. espically trying to kick their asses.
once a week i lift each body part rest is key to growth bro... but when u give that much rest u have to reallllly destroy the muscle each workout 14-20 sets

yes I know how that goes believe me! I take the D4 Extreme and Thermal Shock. The Thermal's have an appetite suppressant, and they are POTENT!
