I started working out on my own but then I had bouts where I didn't work out at all. I've recently undergone Lap-Band surgery to aid in my weight loss journey. With this in place and with great advice from my husband I know I will succeed.
Why I Love It:
I hate working out but I love to watch my body change and to hear the compliments from others.
How I Stay Motivated:
To stay motivated I watch the changes in my body and I listen to the compliments others gives me.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost my pregnancy looking belly! Well not all of it but with the right clothes I can hide it a lot easier.

I would like to lose weight while tone up some areas of my body.
Goal (Long):
I gained a lot of weight with my first child and never lost it. With bouts of depression and just eating junk it has left my body overweight. I plan on losing a lot of weight with the help of my husband and this website. I would like to live a healthier life.
Normally I don't work out on the weekends but if I want to step up my game I've got to start. I'm going to start working out Friday - Sunday. What will make it 7 days per week of cardio and 4 days of weight training. I figure that's a good number to work with. I'm going to try to keep...
