o yeah i feel you on the weight gain. Right now i'm in my bulking cycle and before i started doing my full body workout routine i decided to carb and cal up. So for 3 days i ate around 3000 cals a day and within the week i gain around 3-4 pounds depending on time of day. But yeah you should keep some of the gain.
Dude, you got lots of potential. Make sure you stay focused and i mean dont let anything get in the way of your consquest of gettin HUGE....Weights before a Date...Keep it real and you will get that size that only big Dawgs recognize....Stay up!
loool I jus' tend to lift heavy and as good form as possible.. In the end I cheat though =( . I think cheating is ok if you can feel it. But then my forearms get a even better workout which kinda scares me loool. Might give the angle leg press a shot when I'm back in town ;) haha.
Hey Mr Lee! lol sorry for late reply. I love leg press now.. It's great. Can't wait to get back on it. No I actually like the low rep range and heavy weight for my back. I don't know man, I think we're all realllly different lol. Some people disagree with my view of how to work back lol
What's up Mr Lee. Yep yep. The 3 hardest bloody lbs to lose in my life. I swear, I'm craving food every single min'! It's bloody crazy! But I'll pull soon. Can't wait to bulk! I just do heavy sets of squats/leg xtens with about 4 sets each man. And I do those feet angles too. I notice it makes a huge difference

Looks great bro. Seriously. Nice to hear your going all out on legs! Lol I'm trying to bring out the definition in them.. I find that low body fat alone isn't enough in my opinion. Training is awesome bro' but dieting starting to slack off :P hahaha
Haha yeah I do the angled ones bro'.. I still hate it =S I don't even feel anything... Sigh. With squats my legs hurt for like 3 days. Maybe I don't go down low enough? How's training anyways?
