Started here in sept 06, a few months after college graduation
I wasn't sure if i was going to see results, but i decided to clean bulk instead of doing a cut for summer. Mostly this was because of knee pain from running every day the last 6 months and I don't think my body was ready for it. Check out my 2 month comparison shots to see how it worked...
Aha! I on the other side gained pretty much on the legs, I train them on their own day so that's probably why.
Big traps you got there, how do you train them, and how often?

yo man sick progress... dont worry about that stall out this month... stick with it and change up your routine a little keeping the same intensity.. and do a little power lifting (high weight w/ low reps and long set to set rest time) keep it up dude...
