How I Started:
It was a trade off. My brother taught me how to lift and I taught him how to swim. I kept with it and want to turn it into a career, he, well, lol, he's smarter than that.
Why I Love It:
Its a sense of relief. Its an addicition. You get addicted to the pain, whether good or bad. You crave it and your body yearns for it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror. Reflect and conquor.

Goal (Long):
Become leaner and maintain it for my career as a dietitian. I feel that it will be slightly better to be sitting in front of clients knowing how much hard work it takes and for them to see that I work just as hard as they do. Plus, its the whole "practice what you preach" thing that gets to me.
I must say that i'm rather disappointed in myself right. Yes i have dropped about 8 pounds in 3 weeks but the definition i want is lacking. I have enough muscle i think i'm just growing inpatient...lol.
