Well I was a fairly chunky guy in Jr. High, and I would always eat unhealthy foods. My mom remarried after the divorce though and I began going to school in the city. I made new friends and several of them went to the Courtyard. I tagged along one day and became addicted to it. It took several months of begging my parents for a membership, but they gave in and now I spend alot of my free time there. I've lost a lot of bodyfat in the last couple years and have gains a fiar amount of muscle. I am psyched to continue wathcing and helping my body change.
Why I Love It:
I really enjoy the atmosphere of the gym I go to. Many people bellieve that gym rats are stuck up and selfish, but that's not the case. They are friendly, helpful, and are all brought together by the desire to perfect their bodies. I also love the PUMP that you get while working out. When I lift heavy weights and see my muscles bulging in the mirror I get a high that nothing can beat.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep myself motivated by continuously changing my workout regimine. Without change I would get bored with all of the repitition and what not. That is probably why most people have trouble sticking to their goals, they just get plain bored with their routine.
BB Accomplishments:
Well...I am not much of a "Bodybuilder" so to say. I am only 16 and somtimes its difficult to gain anything at all with my hectic schedule and what not. But my most significant accomplishments are changing the aspect of my body from a out of shape adolescent, to a fit and athletic young man. The other accomplishment I have made is having the will power to stay focused on my goals and to not let plateau's and other issues get in the way of my training.

My major goal is to gain all around muscle size and stregnth, but at the same time keep my endurance and stamina fairly high.
Goal (Long):
My bench press is weak. I weigh 142-144 and i can barely bench my bodyweight w/ a spotter. I am not sure if it is a mental block or a lack of stregnth. I also want to gain size and some stregnth in my legs. I have chicken legs and it seems no matter what I try I can't gain any size whatsoever.
yeah i plan on competing but not in the near future, i am only liek 168 lbs so i want to get up to like 185-190 by next year and then not this summer but the following summer begin prepping for a contest that i would like to take place at the end of the 08' year
yeah i just started taking Cell Tech Hardcore its creatine but like 5 diff kinds in one and u get like 10grams, its supposed to if u use it properly help u put on like 10lbs in a month
No man it's 100% legal you can by them at a vitamin store, i do 2 different varsity sports its not steroids its blends that naturally increase hormone level, they work very well if used with proper training and nutrition.
well, bodybuilding is a lifestyle. but competing in shows is different. to compete any amateur show you can just sign up, but who wants to go on stage and look like an average joe. it is true that it is very expensive and getting recognized depend on luck, who you know, who likes your look, or/and how you place in shows
im doing pretty good, i like using creatine a lot, cell mass by BSN has worked best for me, but what really helped me gain weight was test boosters, i first started taking one called Nitro T3 by NxCare it was awesome my weight shot up, and i am currently taking X-test by Xyience Extreme Sciene and its working well also, dont worry once u start lifitng seriously your weight will shoot up mine went from about 140-170 in 5months
yo i saw a comment that you left another guy, i had the same problem as you, i was 140lbs last march and my bench was like 115 rep, i started playing around with creatine monohydrate and it was ****en awesome, i gained 30lbs from that, over summer i even maxed out at 250lbs, and even when i stopped lifting for school my bench only dropped to 185 and i lost 8 lbs but i still look great, so i would suggest hitting up some supplements and start working hard if u want some serious gains
