I had gotten down to almost 120. Just made it back above 125.

I'm back. I did fall off the planet. Was focusing on my eating... Think I might have got that down now but I missed almost a month of working out...

About to make a comeback... Work has taken a big toll on me... haven't worked out in over a month and lost around 15 pounds from stress, not eating right and not working out... had a vacation last week and was planning on taking that week to get back on track but spent it being sick...

If I can just get my **** together... The company now has me putting three signs (that each need assembling) up every morning and taking them down (including dis-assembling) every night when I close... and still nobody hired...

Doin' good here. I'm all moved in... No new pics yet... The last set I did were the first I've done at the apartment. Lighting is much better, too. This week's workouts are kicking my ass. Check out my workout tracker... Hope you're doin' well...

It's been rough, Nate... With work and the move... Just now getting workouts back to normal. This week I changed my routine. Will probably do that every three months or so... It seems that's about as long as I can go before I have to shake it up to make it fresh. How's yours?
