How I Started:
At first it was something I did with a friend years ago. When our schedules started to conflict, I got my own bench and began on my own. Until I pulled my back and had to stop for a while. Since then, I've started and stopped several times, usually reaching the same plateau of 105lbs each time.
Why I Love It:
I like the way it makes me feel and look. Mostly the way I feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pics of other bodybuilders or reading new workout ideas. Watching sword and sandal films.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet... But if I ever get to bench over 105lbs and NOT stop... We'll have one.

Well... in the last month, stress from work had reached it highest point yet with me wondering if I could survive on a minimum wage job to avoid turning into a vegetable. They say stress is a killer and I believe they are right... No heart attacks yet but I know this ****...
