i use to be really skinny lol then i went on like a gym freak & got big but now im kinda small again lol
Why I Love It:
i love da feeling, the buzz, the pump, and feeling strong and confident
How I Stay Motivated:
by setting impossible long term goals that i will never reach lol i also periodize my training so i don't get bored.
BB Accomplishments:
recently qualifying as a personal trainer!! At a weight of 10 stone i deadlifted 140kg, bench pressd 95kg and did triceps dips with 45 kg for 4 reps

THIS IS THE TRAINING REGIME THAT I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH FOR THE PAST 6 WEEKS. I DID THIS FOR MUSCULAR ENDURANCE PURPOSES RATHER THAN BODYBUILDING.

Killer abs, bro. I eat Quinoa flakes. It looks kinda like oatmeal, and it cooks up the same. I just add water and microwave. I get it at Wild Oats, if that helps. How ya doin'?

Your abs are great! My secret??? I don't train them dierctly - no crunchs! ..but I do a lot of sprints and plyometrics which always hits my abs hard and makes them sore. Plus clean eating. Thanks for the add :)
