Workout Program:
Currently I use a 4 day cycle and repeat the 1st day on the 5th day. So group 1 is day 1 and 5, then the next week group 2 is day 1 and 5, and so on. I do this until every day has had the double shot once, then I increase or decrease my rep range accordingly and start over. The exercises...
