How I Started:
I had pretty bad eating disorders. Started working out to help with my image. I starting lifting weights in college and as I gained muscle I gained confidence. The more muscle I had the more I wanted. This was about 5 years ago, I was an "upper body whore" then. About a year ago I started lifting seriously. And around Nov. 2008 I decided I wanted to be a non-steroid bodybuilder.
Why I Love It:
It feels great. I have more confidence with myself. I love it all. I love the pain, the soreness, the scraped shins from deadlifts, the blisters on my hands, I love it all.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep looking forward to finally having the lean muscular body I want. I also look forward to each time I can increase the weight on my lifts.

Goal (Long):
I used to be anorexic and bulimic for almost 5 years. I started going to the gym and slowly I overcame my eating disorders. I loved lifting more and more each day. A few months ago I decided I wanted to start bodybuilding. I don't want to use steroids (though I am not against them) and the only help I have is online, books, and a few BB friends that offer advice. I want to pack on as much muscle as my body will allow without steroids, increase my strength, and after that I want to drop my bodyfat %.

Going great, getting back to where I was is proving more difficult than I imagined. Missed it dearly, it is the only thing that keeps me sane. I see you have some PR's you are attempting. I want to hit 185x10 for squats by the end of july, 225x10 for deads, and I don't know about bench yet. How's your slave labour going? lol

Thank you so much for your support. It honestly goes a long way. I've been going back and forth being good then slipping so my results weren't as great as anticipated they would be by now. Im so sick of eating...And Now i eat and get hungry soon after. It didnt take long for my metab to kick in I guess..
Im trying to get my lower body to catch up but Im still working my upper body haha.
