My Workout Program

P90X. I won't go into all the details, but it's basically weight training Monday, Wednesday and Friday with cardio on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Sunday is rest. I can only handle 30 minutes of the 60-90 minute cardio routines, however I don't have any problems doing the weight training routine. But then, I'm not lifting all that heavy right now either.
