Not much difference between this and November, but given the time of year I'll take it. And I just noticed I'm wearing the wrong shorts. Oh, well. Typical.
I did Beachbody's P90X 90-day program starting July 1 and finished in late September. I couldn't do any pull-ups at all when I started (and can only do two or three now), so I replaced them with lat pull-downs.
I also couldn't do much more than 30 minutes of the Plyometrics cardio on Tuesdays...
P90X. I won't go into all the details, but it's basically weight training Monday, Wednesday and Friday with cardio on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Sunday is rest. I can only handle 30 minutes of the 60-90 minute cardio routines, however I don't have any problems doing the weight...
Still have 5 days to go on P90X.Yoga X is tough but i have gotten use to it matter of fact love doing it.Core Synergistics kicks my butt!!!.Keep at it brother and go for your goal in 2010.Happy New Year.
I dropped by to see how you are doing and ask how things are going? I hope that all is well and that your motivation is staying high. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. Remember:”If you will not settle for anything less than your best, you will be amazed at what you can accomplish in your life.”

There are lots of people just sitting around doing nothing about their weight but you got off your butt and did something about it and that does and will continue to inspire others. Funny how some people sit around and wait to see how the other person does with their fitness plan before they start. Your progress will get others pushing themselves harder. Stay strong.
What a great role model and example you are. Going from where you were, and not that long ago, to where you are today shows tremendous determination and strength of spirit. I congratulate you on all your efforts. You are a fantastic inspiration to so many others. Stay strong, focused and determined and may God bless.
Noticed you were from Santa Rosa.Me and wife owned a karate school from 96-2000 across from the press democrat on Mendocino ave.Really enjoyed living in Sonoma County.Love the Wine country.
