Almost 15 years ago, I saw the great bodybuilders of the 90's in the muscle magazines (i.e. Flex Wheeler, Kevin Levrone, & Shawn Ray) and I wondered how my small-boned frame would respond to weight-training. I've always been a fan of those bodybuilders who maintained great symmetry...that's why Flex Wheeler & Serge Nubret are my favorite bodybuilders of all-time.
Why I Love It:
I love to achieve the infamous 'pump' while workin' out. The 'pump' is an addiction...haha. Additionally, I live for those special days in the gym when I completely obliterate a Personal Best (PB) during a particular movement, it's extremely gratifying to bear witness to your own tangible improvements.
How I Stay Motivated:
I workout also to give my body increased longevity for later on in life. I want to avoid many of the illnesses that plague my own family (i.e. diabetes, heart disease)

Favorite Bodybuilding And Fitness Videos
www.ChemicallyEvolved.com Ronnie Coleman - 800lbs
Played: 472
Why I like this video: If watching Ronnie deadlift 800lbs for TWO REPS, doesn't get you amp'd, then nothing will. Yeah buddy!
Flex Wheeler
Played: 519
Why I like this video: Flex Wheeler 1993 Olympia; My favorite BB'er of all-time. Look at the crazy latimus vascularity and detail he displayed when his routine transitioned to the LL Cool J track. He had cartoon-like proportions. 1993, 1998 and 1999 were his best chances at winning the Olympia. It's criminal that this man hadn't won at least one Sandow.
As I Read My S-A - Gang Starr
Played: 24
Why I like this video: So pure...this track exemplifies the early-90s Golden Era of hip-hop. DJ Premier's scratching intro & breaks in the track are one of the greatest DJ performances ever on a hip-hop album. One of my Top-5 hip-hop tracks of ALL-TIME. Guru's monotone voice was a perfect match for Premier's impeccable wizardry. It's cardio time!
Well, I didn't place in either category but I'm fine w/it-I think I came in a little soft (if that's possible-lol). The judges gave me great feedback & said I was oh...so close! So, back to the drawing board...how are you doing??
Just a ripped up shredded 'MESS'! Great physique have U! I like what u've done to the body over the past year or so. Inspiration and Motivator... *smile*
The lighting WAS good. The sad part is I don't know what I did! I don't know if it was the lighting in the kitchen or the camera setting. I haven't been able to replicate it.
training went great! I never have a problem with that (knock on wood). Id train 7 days a week if it weren't for that thing called burnout. But now the diet- a WHOLE other story. You are looking great!
