NN76 Hey man: Keep doing your lower back physical therapy religiously as your gym workout! I had similar problem and I know how painful it is. Work your core and do your pt excercises every day. Sometime you will feel like doing it, but they are more effective that taking tons of pain killers for pain! Good luck bud! Sep 16, 2012 11:17am
