Overall Goal: I am mainly trying to gain muscle, increase overall athletic perforance, and build a strong knowledge base to make a career out of something I love.

Well, i always had a dream of playing college football but was always way too small, so i decided to start working out and learning as much as possible. Now Im obsessed with lifting and training. I plan on starting LSU in the fall and majoring in Fitness Studies to one day become a strength and conditioning coach. I will also TRY to walk-on at LSU.
Why I Love It:
Working out to me is a lifestyle. Each day when i wake-up, I base my entire day around my workout for that day. Whether I'm running or lifting or both, I usually plan everything else around that. Training to become the best athlete I can possibly be is a challenge, but I think the final reward will be well worth the effort.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated for me is mostly about breaking PR's. Each workout, I go in with a mindset of doing nothing but lifting more than i did the week before. Usually I leave happy and already thinking about the next week.
BB Accomplishments:
I guess my main accomplishment would be increasing my knowledge from basically nothing to knowing enough to somewhat transform my body in only 5 months. I think knowledge is key in really reaching your full potential as an athlete.
I am mainly trying to gain muscle, increase overall athletic perforance, and build a strong knowledge base to make a career out of something I love.
Goal (Long):
I want to get my weight up to around 205 pounds, with a consistant body fat of about 7-8%. I also want to lower my 40 yard times into the 4.5 - 4.6 range and bring my vertical up 6-8 inches. My dream would be to play college football as a BIG, PHYSICAL, FAST kicker that can do more than kick extra points and field goals. But thats just a dream of mine that I keep in the back of my mind at all times. After college, I would like to become a Strength and Conditioning Coach for a college and help athletes reach their own performance goals.
Ok, so i lied. But there are 3 more B's that I would like to mention that can and WILL make a difference in your workouts. Bands and boards for your bench. Sure we've all heard of them and I'm sure some of you have been doing them for a while now. But if you haven't, your missing...
