  • Thanks man. I am trying to get enough sleep but because I have things I need to do I find myself in bed after 10:30 but I need to get up by 4:30am to get a workout in. And just life is getting to me. Eg work I am still studing as well for this job but I've just have trouble understanding and getting through the day. Plus I hit a point where is this really where I want to be.

  • Just look back on your old progress photos and remind yourself you're going the right way and you will get to where you want to be. Try and stay positive and keep that focus, bad feelings come and go just don't lose sight. Keep up the good work..

Turbo9046 The third thing would be TUT, Time Under Tension, when I lift I feel like the only one that doesn't care how heavy I am lifting, every set is a constant contraction, I never rest or slow down durin my set so the muscle is always engaged in the full range of motion. Diet is on my blog, I track every workout as well! Negatives are super important!!! I do a explosive contraction and a slow controlled negative counting backwards usually three seconds. Turbo9046 Thanks man, if I could define three things that created my transformation besides all the incredible information on this site, it would be consistency with my diet and training. Never missed a day, never had a even 1 oz or gram of the wrong food. 2. Nutrition is at least 50-80% of the success, you can train all day without the proper caloric, fat, carb and protein intake you just wont get the same results. May 4, 2013 9:58am

PDeV1 hmm I don,t really know. I think BCAA is usefull, but go on craig capurso page. He tells how to take them if I remember. BCAA I think is good. I never took creatine or other. I don't need them because I see results without so, I don't see why to use them Apr 17, 2013 6:34am

PDeV1 hmm what do you eat? do you eat carbs after 12h00 ? Because me, what make me drop, is that I take 200 maximum carbs on training day and day off around 140. and protein about 250gr and fat 116. Now I cut very fast and I hate, after 9h30 am : 12h00 : 50gr of almonds, 200gr of meat, 2 cup vegetables, 1/2 table spoon of olive oil. 14h30 : shake + vegetables 17h00:50gr of almonds, 200gr of meat, 2 cup vegetables, 1/2 table spoon of olive oil. 19h00 : 2 eggs (with yellow) and vegetables Apr 14, 2013 3:15pm

TheJDFella C4 is a prework out supplement it's high caffeine and has argenine in it! It's good if you feeling completely burn out, but it would be too much on the body and brain to be taking this **** for every work out, cause it's hardcore ****!.. Plus it's expensive, Not too sure how I'll approach the natural buzz, but found a guy called Naturalgraham4 - he's #8 most inspirational so will check him out towards the end of DTP. I trust Kris Gettin in the supplements he recommends as part of his program, but the truth is I'm lil bit suspicious about these products, that could be based on that fact that I haven't done much research!
