I started weightlifting when my older brother started. He dragged me to the gym to spot him. I decided to lift along with him and fell in love. I started seeing the changes in my body and was amazed.

Thought about it, but then again I don't have time or money to get certified. Im just your average guy that has knowledge of how to lift, diet, and pack on mass. The cattle industry is more my thing.
sorry took so long to write back. yeah i think about personal training all the time. i had a trainer at ballys that i c onstantly renewed contracts with for a year and my strength was through the roof by the end of that first year. could you take a look at the vid. on my profile and tell me what parts need work for good definition
