I was very small growing up. By the time I was in High school I knew I need to put on weight. I started training with "Mac" McAdams my freshmen year. By my juniour year I was competing and taking home powerlifting trophies.
Why I Love It:
I just love the feel of accomplishment after pushing myself to the limit and way beyond.
How I Stay Motivated:
My family is my best motivation
BB Accomplishments:
Completed all goals set. (of coarse) New goals for this year: Put on another 5-6 pounds solid and prepare for nationals (INBA,NGA) next year!!
This is my car after I hit a full size farm tractor at 60 mph. He turned onto the highway in front of me. Left me a broken hip and femer. I now have 9 screws and metal plate holding everything together.
Started My Diet Jan. 1st, preparing for the NPC Vancouver and the INBA Portland. Both of which are National Qualifiers
Goal (Long):
The wife and I have decided that with all the awesome responses I received from fans and judges. I am going for nationals next year. I will qualify in the INBA, NGA and possibly the INBF, which are all fully tested organization, for next year. Bring it on!!!
Thanks for all the emails requesting updates and pics. It drives me harder to know that people are watching my progress. Sorry it has been a while, all I do is sleep, eat, WORK, eat, workout, eat and sleep. As soon as I have time..... I will post some update photos. I have not slowed down...
