What is the best age to start lifting weights?

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I didn't take any days off which led to burnout and overtraining. You need one or two days off per week to recover if you want to gain maximum strength.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Don't take it too seriously or else you will drive yourself crazy. Do it because you want to, not because you have to.
