"I think every woman I know wants to 'lose fat'. Although, I'd like to lose some, I'm more concerned with eating and exercising right. I would like to slim down and tone up the body because if I can do that then the rest will follow."

I used to be an athlete track, Basketball, I got severly injured in an accident in Feb. 08, broke neck and back. I just started lifting weights again. I cant do any back or shoulder exercises yet, bi's, tri, and chest is basically all I can do.
