1st reaction for 90% of the ppl is the BiG S cuz they are uneducated about fitness and what it can/cant do to your body ;) dont worry about the negative ppl pa .. just keep doing your thang ;)

Hey, I'm from Maine originally, but now live in Florida and work for BSN ... luv'n it too ... saw a peep of your profile on the 'member listing' and it said "come on let's go the weights dont life themselves" ..or something like that ... couldnt find it on your profile but wanted to share that made me laugh and got into my head ...probably will keep motivated too (so thanx) ;) >>> sharon
