Overall Goal: I think every woman I know wants to 'lose fat'. Although, I'd like to lose some, I'm more concerned with eating and exercising right. I would like to slim down and tone up the body because if I can do that then the rest will follow.

I got started by asking questions at my work. Asked Anthony Presciano for a short routine to stick to it and he guided me on a change of eating habit then I went to a few local gyms to see what they had to offer and ended up at Level 5. The people are down-to-earth and really laid-back which helped me a lot because I'm a bit intimidated by the gym, itself.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy biking and working out my triceps.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just remind myself that "I create my life ..." I want a particular goal that's some day obtainable and in order for me to be that person, I have to look the part plus, it's really time for me to be healthy.

sorry. i didn't even realize i had a comment on there. actually, it is a real tattoo that reads: PARIAH. i'm surprised it still looks as clean to this day (considering i got it when i was 18 and i am 29, now).
